The client wanted us to write an add-in for outlook without any specifications from his end, he asked us to write something new that can compliment his products.

We wrote a product that would tie up the most common yet isolated form of communication between the teams, the chat. It's a simple yet powerful application that brings together the power of MSN chat and MS Outlook.

The system adds a context sensitive menu to all contacts with whom the user has have had a chat. On right click the option to choose "view chat history" shows up. On clicking it the chat-history with the user opens up. It also adds a new tab to the outlook letting the user view all his chats at one single place and also initiate a chat from outlook itself.
